Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Temecula, CA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and patient flow and support the veterinary team. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and collaboration with veterinarians to deliver high-quality care.

You will educate clients about wellness plans, promote preventive care, and help schedule appointments while handling front-desk tasks with a patient-centered approach. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background and terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize pets seen by ensuring productive hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.

• Assist clients with documentation, pet info, and scheduling.
• Handle finances with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties.
