Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, promote services, and ensure a welcoming, efficient hospital experience. You will assist with documentation, appointments, and invoicing while educating clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.

The role emphasizes excellent English communication, multitasking, and strong customer service skills to support a productive veterinary team and keep clients returning for care.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients and pets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create order from chaos.
• Experience in client services within a hospital or veterinary setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and guide clients to appropriate services.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Provide outstanding, efficient service and ensure client and pet comfort.
• Complete required documentation and manage appointment scheduling.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales, and maintain opening/closing procedures.
• Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
