Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Snellville, GA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, coordinate care, and ensure excellent service. The role emphasizes educating clients on wellness plans, coordinating appointments, and supporting the veterinary team to maximize efficiency.

The CSC drives client engagement, reinforces Five Principles, and promotes a welcoming, friendly, and productive hospital environment. Weekend/evening flexibility may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary tech, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Banfield within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and pets and educate them about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, entering pet information, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, dispensing prescriptions, and scheduling appointments.
• Manage the finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
