Job summary
Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. The role focuses on educating clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services while maintaining accurate records and guiding customers through visits.
The CSC will assist with intake, scheduling, prescriptions, and retail interactions, contributing to a positive patient and client experience in a busy hospital
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year related experience preferred.
- Medical background (vet tech or medical terminology) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services to recruit new clients and route flow to maximize productivity.
- Route clients and pets to ensure superior client care and high productivity.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
- Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling.
- Dispense prescriptions as instructed and process invoices.
- Manage finances with opening/closing procedures.
- Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
