Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize team productivity, and ensure clear communication with clients and associates in a welcoming hospital environment.

The CSC educates clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services, handles check-in/out, and supports both front desk and veterinary teams to promote excellent care and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience; customer service preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients on wellness plans.
• Assist with client check-in/out, documentation, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, retail sales, and payments.
• Maintain accurate pet records in the computer system.
• Support effective communication with associates and clients.
