Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary medical team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for clients and their companions.

You will promote hospital services, educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care, and handle documentation, invoicing, scheduling, and retail matters with professional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and coordinate client flow.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solving and client service mindset.
• Understanding of preventative care and Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs).

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to ensure efficient care.
• Maximize pet visits to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide exceptional service; educate clients about pet health and OWPs.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct admin duties as necessary; other tasks as assigned.
