Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to guide clients and their pets through the hospital, ensuring a welcoming, efficient visit. You will promote Optimum Wellness Plans, educate pet owners on preventive care, and coordinate appointments and invoicing with a focus on superior client service.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work with a busy veterinary team to maximize patient flow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience is preferred with customer service background.
• Medical terminology training in veterinary or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Actively promote hospital services and wellness plans to clients.
• Provide friendly, informative service and educate clients on pet health.
• Assist with documentation, intake of pet information, and invoicing.
• Support scheduling and follow-up care as directed by veterinarians.
