Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to radioactive substances.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and pet health needs.
• Assist clients with documentation and pet information in the computer system.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian's instructions and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative functions as needed.
