Qualifications

• Must have fluent English communications (written and spoken).
• One year related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background in veterinary, human healthcare, or pharmaceutical contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and onboard new clients.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service; educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Manage client paperwork, invoicing, and scheduling; dispense medications per veterinarian instructions.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Support other duties as needed.
