Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity and client care.
• Provide exceptional service; greet clients and educate them about services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling.
• Process invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales; schedule future appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Support wellness plan education for clients.
• Other duties as assigned by the hospital.
