Qualifications

• Comfort around animals and pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Promote hospital services and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and invoicing as needed.
• Support cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate care and ensure a welcoming hospital environment.
