Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize team productivity, and ensure clear communication with clients and associates.

You will educate clients about wellness plans and services, assist with check-in/check-out, handle paperwork, dispense items as directed by veterinarians, and support the front desk with a friendly, efficient approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience is preferred in customer service.
• Fluent English communication and professional presentation are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to educate clients about wellness plans and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
• Recruit and route clients to ensure superior care and efficiency.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, record keeping, and invoice processing.
• Dispense prescription items as directed by the veterinarian and schedule follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Attend to client inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
