Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Tanasbourne Hillsboro, OR is seeking a dedicated Client Service Coordinator to manage client flow and support the veterinary team. You will greet clients and pets, handle checkout, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and promote wellness plans in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old for radiography, and roughly one year of customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation and entering pet information in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and using opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
