You will support the veterinary team, educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, and handle front-desk tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires excellent English communication, ability to multi-task, and a proactive, friendly demeanor. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary, human healthcare, etc.) with terminology exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Banfield's standards within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting services and route client flow for efficiency.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
