Banfield in Portland, OR is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver welcoming service. The role emphasizes effective communication, wellness plan promotion, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth daily hospital operations.

You will educate clients, assist with appointments and invoicing, and help maintain a productive, friendly environment that encourages return visits and referrals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, pet history entry, and issuing instructions and invoices.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
