Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize hospital productivity, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and hospital services while handling documentation, payments, and scheduling with accuracy and care.

The role requires a positive, professional demeanor, comfort around pets, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for optimal care and productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow for wellness plans.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Complete required documentation and manage client/pet information in the system.
• Give instructions and invoices, dispense meds, sell retail, schedule followups.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
