Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by a productive hospital and wellness plan focus.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling.
• Dispense prescription items, sell retail products and arrange appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
