Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Danvers, MA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize team productivity, and ensure clear communication with clients and associates.

You will welcome clients, educate them about Optimum Wellness Plans, manage documentation, enter pet information, schedule appointments, and process invoices, while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment that supports wellness and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity and client care.
• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients for wellness plans.
• Ensure clients are welcomed, informed, and educated about pet health.
• Process documentation, enter pet information, and schedule appointments.
• Provide instructions and invoices; dispense prescriptions per veterinarian's instructions.
