Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize veterinary team productivity, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates. You will educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role emphasizes arranging appointments, processing documentation, and supporting financial operations in a welcoming hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task and manage a busy client flow.
• Experience in customer service in a healthcare or veterinary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets to maximize productivity.
• Ensure welcoming, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, enter pet history in the system, and schedule appointments.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian's instructions and sell retail items.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
