Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background (vet/healthcare) with terminology training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and services.
• Assist with documentation, invoicing, prescriptions, and scheduling future visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and adhere to opening/closing procedures.
