Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help move clients and their pets through the hospital, maximize the veterinary team's productivity, and ensure friendly, informative service that encourages return visits.

You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care, assist with documentation and scheduling, and support front-desk and clinical staff to deliver exceptional care and a welcoming experience for every patient and family.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality client service in a veterinary setting.
• Ability to educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Capacity to manage appointment flow and coordinate care with the veterinary team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist with documentation, patient history entry, and ID tagging.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions, selling retail items, and scheduling future visits.
• Support hospital finances with accurate cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
