Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You’ll educate clients on wellness plans, manage client documentation, and assist with appointments and billing in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role emphasizes professional communication, multitasking, and a commitment to medical team success while promoting preventive care and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in client service and veterinary hospital environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and pets, and educate on pet health.
• Enter patient information into the computer and ensure accurate records.
• Explain invoices, dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions, and schedule visits.
• Assist with handling finances and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed and support team goals.
