Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You’ll educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services, promote care options, and help schedule visits while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks fluent English with proper grammar and vocabulary.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client flow for superior care and maximum productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, including welcoming clients and educating them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and hospital services.
