Qualifications

• Must drive client flow and educate clients about pet health.
• Must be at least 18 to perform radiography duties.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield Five Principles in daily work.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to maximize productivity.
• Increase pet visits through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records.
• Provide clear instructions and invoices to outgoing clients; dispense medications as directed.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
