Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximizing team productivity and delivering friendly, informative service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and coordinate data entry and appointments, ensuring a welcoming hospital environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and professional client care within a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cycle of Service for the veterinary medical team and promote hospital services.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and hospital services; assist with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist clients by providing instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments; dispense prescriptions and sell retail items.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
