- Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flows for efficiency.
- Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
- Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and services.
- Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and invoicing.
