Qualifications

• Experience in customer service required; veterinary setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, caring demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (speaking and reading) required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Assist in emergency room check-in for a caring, efficient process.
• Handle reminders and follow-up communications via phone and email.
• Accurately update and maintain client/pet records with attention to detail.
