Job summary

Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs is seeking a Client Service Representative to welcome guests and support our emergency and critical care teams. This role focuses on education, appointment coordination, clear communication, and meticulous record keeping in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a full-time schedule Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00am–7:00pm, with a benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401k, health/dental/vision, and a generous employee pet

Qualifications

• Fluent English (speaking & reading) required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about services and provide compassionate support over phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist emergency room check-in ensuring a caring and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Manage reminders and follow-ups via phone and email to keep clients informed.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records with meticulous attention to detail.
