Job summary

Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs is seeking a Client Service Representative to welcome guests and support our emergency and critical care teams. This role focuses on education, appointment coordination, clear communication, and meticulous record keeping in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a full-time schedule Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00am–7:00pm, with a benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401k, health/dental/vision, and a generous employee pet

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
