Job summary

Arrowhead Animal Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to join our veterinary team. The CSR serves as a liaison, provides information, and resolves client issues, supporting compassionate care for pets and their families.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of client service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out of the facility
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
