Job summary

Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs is seeking a Per Diem Client Service Representative who brings warmth and energy to a fast-paced team serving our emergency and critical care guests.

You will educate clients and referring veterinarians about our services, coordinate ER check-ins, manage reminders and communications, and keep accurate client/pet records with careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm under pressure.
• Fluent English (speaking and reading) is required; multilingual is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide attentive, compassionate service to clients and guests.
• Attention to detail in documenting client and pet records.

• +$3/hr overnight differential

Job Description

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check‑in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow‑up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
