Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs seeks a Per Diem Client Service Representative to support our emergency and critical care teams. Qualifications

• Exceptional first impressions with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and the ability to multitask.
• Proven customer service excellence and ability to build relationships with clients and veterinarians.
• Flexibility to work in a collaborative team and handle unanticipated tasks gracefully.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; veterinary experience preferred.
• Fluent English (speaking & reading) required; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and referring veterinarians about services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Coordinate emergency room check-in and ensure a caring, efficient process.
• Handle reminders and follow-up communications via phone and email to keep clients informed.
• Update and maintain client/pet records with meticulous attention to detail.
