Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN. You will warmly welcome pet parents and their pets, answer calls with a friendly voice, and guide clients through the facility to upsell services that enhance pet health and happiness.

As part of a pet-loving team, you’ll handle check-ins/outs, maintain vaccination records, and balance cash with accuracy. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to keep our guests happy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets in a friendly, VIP manner.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking efficiently.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with a personal touch.
