Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC in Memphis is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs, handle calls, tours, and service Upsell. You’ll manage daily check-ins, ensure vaccination records are up to date, and assist with payments while keeping the lobby inviting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, excellent communication, and a genuine love for pets. Evening/weekend availability is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and VIPs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answering phones and multi-tasking efficiently.
• Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccination records are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with care and efficiency.
• Handling payments and balancing cash drawer accurately.
• Responding calmly to complaints and maintaining professionalism.
