Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face for pet families. You’ll answer phones, greet clients, and guide them through our services with a warm, professional demeanor. You’ll tour the facility, promote offerings, and ensure records are current while managing check-ins/check-outs and handling payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in person, and email.
• Ability to operate multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs with a friendly, professional presence.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking efficiently.
• Touring prospective clients through the facility and selling the services offered.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and tact.
• Handling cash and balancing the end-of-day cash drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures with care, like a concierge.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Supporting teammates as needed; other duties as assigned.
