Destination Pet LLC in Fishers, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our pet-loving team. You will greet pet parents, handle phones, and guide clients through services while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for both humans and pets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. This on-site role requires weekends/evenings and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs like guests at a 5-star resort.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask efficiently.
• Tour new clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and care.
• Handle cash, cards, and balance the end-of-day cash drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pet guests to enclosures with careful, concierge-style service.
• Keep the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Support teammates as needed.
