Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Route clients and pets to optimize hospital productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Process needed documentation and enter pet information accurately.
• Assist with invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
