The CSC will handle documentation, schedules, and invoicing, while promoting Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care. Weekend/evening hours are required in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (vet or human healthcare) with terminology training preferred.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Must be 18+ to perform radiography duties.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield's Five Principles and drive client flow.
• Recruit new clients and maximize hospital productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen through efficient operations.
• Provide professional, friendly service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, instructions, and invoices; schedule follow-ups.
