Job summary

Best-Friends-Pet-Care-Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who loves animals and provides outstanding service to our human and pet guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins/check-outs, tours, and phone inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to lift 40 pounds, stand eight hours, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role includes scheduling, data entry, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby area for guests and their pets.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional animal experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.
• Stand/walk for eight hours a day.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle dogs on leashes in a cleaning/sanitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes human and pet guests; checks in and out of rooms and tours.
• Answer calls in a professional manner and take reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and lobby.
• Check-in/out guests and escort pets to their rooms.
• Coordinate with management and team members as needed.
• Contribute to data entry and file maintenance.
• Work as part of a team and individually when required.
