Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls professionally, scheduling, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must love animals.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• Able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Lift/carry 40 pounds or more.
• Stand/walk for eight hours a day.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on a computer system.
• Able to handle dogs on leashes and work around disinfectants/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
• Scheduling.
• File maintenance and data entry.
