Paycom - ATS in Marietta, GA seeks a Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome human and pet guests, handle reservations, and support daily operations in a bustling pet care facility.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety and cleanliness while building strong guest relationships and teamwork across staff. Evening/weekend availability and physical stamina are expected.

Qualifications

• Welcomes both human and pet guests with friendly service.
• Ability to identify animal body language and behavior.
• Check-in/check-out of pet guests and escort to rooms.
