WellHaven Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will convert calls into scheduled appointments, educate clients on preventive care, and support the team to ensure smooth patient flow.

This onsite role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and a positive, customer-focused attitude to help grow client loyalty and promote care programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day by converting inquiries into appointments.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming calls to maximize appointment conversions and educate clients.
