Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health is seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to greet clients, convert calls into appointments, and educate customers about preventive care options. You will manage front desk activities, assist in patient flow, and support the veterinary team to deliver excellent client service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of computer experience (typing, email, other software).
• Veterinary experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day.
• Greet clients and patients warmly, ensuring every client feels welcome.
• Maximize call conversions by managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
• Promote the Care Companion Plans and services during calls.
• Perform weekly reminder calls to book appointments.
• Handle cashier duties and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
