National Veterinary Associates seeks a Client Service Representative (CSR) to drive client and pet flow, maximize hospital productivity, and deliver exceptional care in a welcoming environment. You will educate clients, assist with documentation and purchases, and support the veterinary team daily.

The role emphasizes strong communication, integrity, and teamwork. You'll work standard hours with potential for extra shifts to meet patient needs, contributing to a friendly, stress-free clinic

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography duties.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background in veterinary/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow for superior client care and productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Paw Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, tags, and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct necessary administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
