Job summary

National Veterinary Associates seeks a Client Service Representative to be the friendly liaison for our veterinary hospital network. You’ll schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and help clients with prescriptions and invoices while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll use hospital software, communicate clearly, handle cash responsibly, and advocate for pets through preventive care education. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place calls to schedule client appointments.
• Maintain client and pet records and documentation.
• Provide instructions, information, and invoices, and dispense prescription items per veterinarian.
• Utilize hospital software to document medical records and communicate with clients.
• Manage cash handling and client transactions per procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Educate clients on preventive pet care and hospital services.
