Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and patient flow through the hospital and to maximize the veterinary team’s productivity. You will ensure top-tier communication with clients and associates while nurturing a welcoming, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include promoting hospital services, educating clients, handling documentation, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling, and supporting a high-volume, customer-focused practice.

Qualifications

• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times and educate clients about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Paw Plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and entering pet information in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, products and scheduling.
• Manage finances by maintaining balances and following opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
