Job summary

National Veterinary Associates, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, maximize productivity, and maintain excellent client communication in a friendly, efficient environment.

The CSR will educate clients about preventive care and Paw Plans, assist with documentation and invoicing, and help schedule future visits, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background or familiarity with veterinary/health terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients to ensure excellent care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, friendly service and educate clients about pet health and preventive care.
• Educate clients about Paw Plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry, and invoicing; schedule appointments.
