Job summary

Arista Advanced Pet Care is seeking a Client Experience Concierge in Raleigh, NC to warmly welcome clients and their pets during appointments, drop-off, and pick-up. This role centers on delivering an outstanding guest experience in a busy veterinary hospital environment.

You will work closely with the Care Navigation Team to keep visits smooth and stress-free, coordinating communications and ensuring every client feels informed and cared for throughout the visit.

Qualifications

• Comfort in hospital clinical environment; veterinary experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy times.
• Willingness to work in-person nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Focus on guest experience for clients in lobby, exam room, or visitation areas.
• Collaborate with Care Navigation Team for a streamlined client/pet experience.
• Manage information flow and updates through appropriate channels.
• Be the friendly and professional face of the Arista hospital.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable lobby and exam room.
