You will greet clients, answer questions, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a smooth check-in/out experience for pets and their families.

We value clear communication, teamwork, and accurate handling of client information, with escalation of complex matters to senior staff as needed. Minimum of 6 months related experience required.
