Job summary

Arista Advanced Pet Care is seeking a Care Navigator to serve as the primary contact for clients and veterinary teams in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate scheduling, updates, and care plans, ensuring seamless communication across general and specialty/emergency services.

The role requires extensive veterinary experience and comfort with medical terminology, as well as strong customer service and teamwork. Applicants should be able to work in-person during nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or veterinary technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with medical records and PIMS systems.
• Comfortable with medical language and electronic communication in veterinary care.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with general practice teams and specialized emergency teams.
• Act as advocate for pet owners requiring advanced care.
• Coordinate communications between pet owners and veterinary facilities, including scheduling and updates.
• Maintain concise electronic medical records across systems and ensure seamless care coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and triage new/existing cases.
